This is 14 hours per week part time role.
Your Role
As a Shop Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping to:
• Create a welcoming and visually appealing shop environment.
• Support the Shop Manager in meeting sales targets and enhancing shop performance.
• Recruit, train, and motivate volunteers, fostering a spirit of collaboration.
• Take charge in the Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
