We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Food Technology Teacher to join a secondary school in Ilford. About the School:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Teach Food Technology to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
2. Plan and deliver lessons that inspire creativity, practical skills, and a love for food.
3. Promote the importance of healthy eating, nutrition, and sustainability.
4. Maintain a positive and safe learning environment, ensuring students meet high standards in both practical and theoretical work.
5. Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the curriculum and student learning experience.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. A qualified teacher with a degree in Food Technology, Home Economics, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge and passion for food technology and its role in education.
3. Experience teaching food technology at secondary school level (Key Stage 3 & 4).
4. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
5. A strong understanding of the Catholic ethos and a commitment to fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.
