At Gleeson, our Group Support Teams are crucial for guiding, assisting and supporting functions and Regional business units to succeed.
Were looking for creative, and skilled individuals; with a desire for working collaboratively with colleagues across a variety of business areas and individuals who are truly passionate to gain a wide exposure to what the Construction Industry has to offer.
What youll be doing as part of the Group Support Graduate.
Youll be part of a two-year graduate programme, where you will gain wide exposure into a number of core disciplines to the Construction industry;
Land and Planning
Construction Commercial and Technical
Construction Customer First and Safety, Health and Environment
Sales and Marketing
Each placement will be for 6 months, giving you an insight into the wider business and how we build homes change lives.You will be given the opportunity to genuinely contribute to meaningful projects, and make a difference within the team. Each rotation will allow you to enhance the skills and knowledge gained and prepare you for the challenges of your next role.

Our Group Support Teams focus on working collaboratively with regional business units in providing :
Building Excellence : Ensuring projects meet and exceed expectations through effective project, people and resource management.
Quality : Turning technical designs into quality affordable homes, whilst adhering to the National House Building Council (NHBC), New Homes Quality Code (NHQC) and building regulations at all times.
5* Customer Service : Exceeding our customers expectations throughout their home buying journey.
Commercial : Ensuring projects meet commercial requirements by effectively coordinating the project from initial conception to full completion.
Safety, Health & Environment : Home Safe, everyone, every day.
Effective Professional Relationships: Excellent customer and stakeholder relationship management skills, sales and service communication and product and service presentation skills.

What youll need.
Minimum 2:1 degree, or equivalent; ideally in a related subject but not essential.If you dont have a related degree youll need to demonstrate a passion for the industry and outline your transferrable skills.
