Behaviour Mentor – The School
1. Based in Leeds
2. Good transport links across West Yorkshire
3. Supportive Leadership team who have a good track records with i-teachers’ graduates

Behaviour Mentor – The Role
7. You will be working closely with students either on a 1:1 basis or groups of students to ensure behaviour is kept to a high standard
8. Supported by class teachers, you will have to ensure that students are on task and continuing to progress and move forward towards their goals
9. Reflect the school’s ambitions and high standards in your expectations of your students
10. Liaising with senior members of staff and parents with regards to their students and their progress
11. September start ideally
12. £450 – £550 weekly (PAYE) rate before deductions
What you will need – Behaviour Mentor
13. 2:1 or above in your degree – various subjects will be considered
14. Strong A-Levels and GCSEs
15. Experience working with young people would be beneficial but not essential
16. A passion and genuine interest in working with young people
17. Motivated and determined to make a positive impact
18. Resilient personality is ready to take the next step
