The Role Finance & Subscriptions review and approve payments in Business and Commercial Banking; draft monthly financial report in collaboration with the Accountant; management point of contact for the SRA audit and production of annual statutory accounts; arrange Insurance renewals (PII, Cyber etc); and manage annual renewal of SRA and CQS registrations. Human Resources (HR) manage recruitment process, from requirement specification though to signed employment contract; manage BrightHR as the main company contact and 'super-user', including updating company and employees' personal information; liaise with Bright HR in relation to discipline and grievance incidents; coordinate and approve staff leave/time off; company contact for payroll bureau, confirming monthly payroll/changes; maintain staff handbook and other HR related policies and procedures; company health & safety officer. Information Technology (IT) company contact for IT support (Netbox Digital Management Ltd), including responsibility for ordering services and approving invoices; arrange provision of IT equipment for staff members, including replacement/repair as necessary and maintain IT Asset register; company contact for LEAP practice management system; control licence allocation and maintain precedent library and variable settings (e.g. Interest Rate, Fee and Cost categories); IT Security Officer (ITSO). COFA/Compliance the incumbent must be approved by the SRA as a suitably experienced person for the COFA role; ensure the company's policies and procedures meet the required SRA and government standards and that all staff are aware of the requirements; review and sign off the monthly client account reconciliation statements; maintain and sign off the company Breach Log; review LEAP matter records on completion of the on-boarding process to ensure completeness and no compliance issues; carry out wider compliance reviews of LEAP matter records during their life prior to closure; answer staff queries on compliance issues and assist the resolution of more complex cases.
