What we need you to bring to the team: Experience in Key Account Management, Sales or Customer Service to deliver revenue targets and identify further opportunities for revenue growth. The ability to make decisions on client management, dealing with some queries directly and passing others over to the correct department. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, acting as a primary point of contact for customer queries. Experience in handling day to day customer issues and queries. Familiarity with CRM systems and client management platforms. A great attitude where nothing is too much trouble and our customers come first.
