About the Role
Reporting to the Mid-Market Sales Manager, the Account Executive will develop and close B2B Mid-Market SaaS opportunities. This role is ideal for a proven hunter skilled in building strong client relationships and navigating sales cycles that can range from weeks to months.
Success in this role requires strong pipeline management, relationship-building, and solution-selling skills. A passion for staying updated on news, technology, communications, and media will enhance your ability to connect with clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage the entire sales cycle end-to-end: from prospecting to closing deals.
* Qualify new leads generated by Marketing.
* Build and maintain strong knowledge of our offerings, articulating their value across all stages of the sales process.
* Take ownership of individual sales goals and quotas.
* Maintain accurate pipeline data and revenue forecasts.
* Collaborate with team members to share best practices.
* Partner with the Sales Enablement team to leverage product expertise in winning more deals.
* Perform additional duties as required.
What We Need You to Bring
* Proven success in closing net-new business deals in a B2B SaaS environment, consistently exceeding quotas.
* Demonstrated experience in outbound lead generation and pipeline management.
* Consultative sales approach with a focus on building client relationships.
* Experience leveraging internal product specialists and creating external business champions to close deals.
* Ability to work independently while meeting and exceeding individual and team goals.
* Proficiency in sales tech tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft (or similar).
* Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of the PR, communications, or media industry is an asset.
