A lovely new part-time role has arisen due to continued growth for my client, a busy fashion supplier based in fabulous offices in a lovely area of London. They are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to support their Commercial and Design teams as well as supporting the director when required. You'll play a key role in keeping their operations running smoothly. This role is 4 days in the office, hours could be flexible to suit.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Commercial, Design, and Garment Tech teams.
* Cataloguing samples, tracking fabric/trim developments, and coordinating client shipments.
* Assist with client meetings, from preparing materials to taking notes.
* Provide admin support to the Director.
* Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.
* Support the Senior Garment Tech, including measuring fit samples and managing inbound and outbound parcels.
* Ensure the London office runs efficiently, handling supplies, organizing documents, and maintaining a welcoming space for teams and guests.
Person Specification
* At least 2 years' experience in administration, ideally in fashion.
* Highly organized, with strong time management and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, confident in liaising with internal teams and external partners.
* Adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment.
