Description
This role will be flexible and may include working within Central Registry, Front of house, Print/Post room and also completing Team Assistant duties where necessary. See below what you will be doing:
1. Ensuring deadlines are met for sending special delivery mail
2. Responsible for delivering "by hand" packages locally as appropriate
3. Undertaking large volume scanning, photocopying and printing requests in-house
4. Assisting with the administration of file archiving and retrieval service
5. Other administrative duties as required
For this role you will need to have:
6. The ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines
7. The ability to operate autonomously and/or with minimum supervision
8. Strong attention to detail with a methodical and logical approach
