Job Title: Business Development Manager – Mastclimbing Systems

Area to be covered: Scotland and North East England
Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience + uncapped commission giving OTE £60,000 - £70,000

Role Overview:
1. Sell the hire and sale of mastclimbing solutions.
2. Work on both refurbishment and new build projects.
3. Sell to main contractors, sub-contractors, and civil engineering companies.
4. Achieve a turnover target of circa £2.5m.
5. Manage order values of circa £100k-£200k.
6. Work on high-rise commercial projects such as office blocks and hotels.
7. Handle multiple ongoing projects that have already been quoted.
8. Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager and internal team.
Ideal Applicant:
1. Passionate, energetic, and enthusiastic.
2. Experience in cladding or building envelope/facades.
3. Experience selling to main contractors and civil engineering companies.
4. Ability to learn other routes to market in the construction industry.
5. Capability to understand technical products.
6. Comfortable liaising on construction sites.
7. Money hungry, motivated, and ambitious.
