Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 25, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive sales, maximize revenue, and enhance the guest experience.
* Bring new ideas to the business, from menu innovations to marketing initiatives
* Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
* Manage budgets, control costs, and analyse financial performance to achieve profitability targets.
* Play a key role in the expansion of the brand, including involvement in the planning and execution of new site openings.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a General Manager or a strong Assistant General Manager.
* A creative mindset with a passion for developing new ideas to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and develop others.
