To be considered for this role, you would need to have a Full UK driving licence. Please note, Autism Unlimited does not provide visa sponsorship. The role Mike is early 30s and lives in his own property in Wareham. His preferred method of communication is PECS boards, this allows him to make his own decisions throughout the day. Mike loves music and is in his element when singing along to an ABBA or Queen tribute band. He enjoys being outdoors and regularly goes for a walk in the countryside. When he is feeling adventurous, he gets in the car for a day out to Bovington Tank Museum, exploring the seaside town of Swanage or going on a mini break to Blackpool with his mum and his support staff. When Mike doesn’t feel up to going out, he likes to get creative in the kitchen by cooking and baking delicious treats. Other times you can find Mike watching a Disney film with staff members. Hours of work Shifts will vary between 7am – 10pm Monday to Sunday on a two week rolling rota with 2 days off. This role would include working alternate weekends and sleep ins (sleep ins come with an additional payment) Why join us?
