Job Description
As the German Speaking Customer Service Administrator, you will:
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
* Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and record maintenance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.
* Process orders using SAP
* Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
* Look into customer account to problem solve effectively
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
* Customer service experience in an office or contact centre environment
* Fluent in German and English
* Excellent attention to detail
