Our exclusive client is currently recruiting an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team. This company offers excellent benefits including working a 35-hour week, flexible start and finish times, and the option to work from home.
The duties of the role include:
1. Processing high volumes of supplier invoices
2. Dealing with supplier queries
3. Supplier account reconciliations
4. Processing any supplier refunds when necessary
5. Processing CIS deductions and payments
6. Processing proforma invoices
7. Liaising with managers for approval of invoices
8. Banking duties including BACS/CHAPS
9. Any other duties to support the smooth running of the department
You must have a high attention to detail, be naturally organized, and have excellent communication skills.
