We are seeking a highly skilled Administrator/Coordinator to join our project team and play a crucial role in the successful delivery of a transformative SAP project. With nearly 200 end users requiring systems and workflow training, this position will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless roll-out of the project. You will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating training sessions, ensuring that the SAP system is effectively and efficiently trained across all areas of the Vibrant business within the project timeline. Job Description To work with Training Team/Manager to effectively plan sessions including: To work with Project Communications Manager to ensure business readiness for training. Organising facilities and related logistics for training sessions Liaising with site contacts to ensure classrooms/meetings rooms/allocated training spaces. Liaising with project team and site contacts to ensure training materials are available, including hardware. Maintaining the training schedules and reporting to the project board on progress Coordinating management and trainee diaries to reflect required training sessions with consideration of impact to the business. Liaising with Project Team to ensure training systems are rolled back to day 1 of training (TBC). Allocation of training accounts. Gaging feedback on training sessions and delivering this back to project board/Training Manager. Updating of training records and related administration Always ensuring the credibility of the project remains intact. Skills Required Working with local People Advisor/Site contact to develop knowledge of Vibrant Foods, it’s entities and locations. An understanding of learning groups and be able to identify potential risks that would be detrimental to training sessions. Solid understanding of the project timescales and output Ability to use several business systems including MS office (including Excel) Experience working proactively to tight deadlines Person Specification The ability to build strong relationships and credibility with management and trainees. The ability to be assertive/confident when managing expectations of the wider business of training requirements and time allocation. Confident communicator with experience of dealing with all levels of employees from project board to machine operators Highly organised and time conscious Ability to learn quickly Travel may be required to others sites which will be full reimbursed via our expenses policy.
