The Impact You’ll Make:
As a Senior Enterprise Sales Consultant, you’ll work directly with finance leaders across Corporate, NHS, and Local Government sectors to:
1. Build trust-based relationships through a consultative, customer-first approach
2. Understand complex financial challenges and translate them into tailored solution strategies
3. Lead compelling presentations that connect our solutions to measurable business outcomes
4. Collaborate with our marketing, business development, and pre-sales teams to create winning proposals
5. Help organizations protect their financial integrity and optimize their financial operations
6. Contribute to our continuous innovation by bringing customer insights back to our product teams
What Success Looks Like:
1. You’ll consistently meet or exceed revenue targets (with OTE £120K+)
2. Your customers will become advocates and references for FISCAL
3. You’ll contribute to our collaborative sales culture by sharing best practices
4. You’ll grow professionally through our comprehensive training and advancement opportunities
What You’ll Bring:
1. Proven success in B2B solution selling with a consultative, customer-first approach
2. Experience building relationships with C-suite executives
3. Strong business acumen and commercial skills
4. Excellent communication skills – you’re as good at listening as you are at presenting
5. A collaborative mindset and genuine desire to help customers succeed
6. Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger (preferred but not required)
7. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and modern sales tools
