We are seeking a Senior Stock Condition Surveyor to play a key role in driving the success of our stock condition surveying programme.
This is a fantastic new role within our growing team to ensure the seamless and efficient delivery of our stock condition surveying programme, working closely with in-house Stock Condition Surveyors and external providers. You'll take charge of a talented team, ensuring resources are used effectively and our commitment to 100% compliance is met by 31st March 2026.

What you’ll be doing:
* Lead, monitor, and motivate a team of Stock Condition Surveyors to ensure operational efficiency and consistent service delivery
* Validate the quality of stock condition data from in-house surveys
* Manage and coordinate stock condition survey bookings to maintain seamless operations
* Conduct Stock Condition Surveys as required
Some things we are looking for:
* Proven experience in a leadership or senior role within a dynamic, client-focused environment, showcasing excellent team management, mentorship, and strategic leadership skills.
* Strong IT skills including experience of Microsoft packages to an intermediate level with the ability to gather, analyse and interpret information from numerous IT databases
* Experience of undertaking Stock Condition Surveyor within a busy, client facing position ideally within a survey / maintenance or Built Environment organisation
* Strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy when dealing with customers to provide a positive customer engagement experience
While this role is home-based, a full driving license is required, along with the flexibility to travel to Group offices and properties within our portfolio as needed.
