Our client is a successful small business based at the Colwick Industrial Estate. This is a newly created role due to expansion within the business reporting to the owner/MD.
The position will be extremely varied and would suit an experienced Customer Service Manager.
You will be supervising a team of 6 staff, being their go-to person for nonstandard enquiries that are complex or difficult.
Dealing with customers day to day, both businesses and the general public, in more complex problems. Liaising internally with operations and the warehouse.
You will ensure an efficient flow of work progressing through the system, ensuring agreed timelines and efficiency levels are maintained along with high standards.
Working closely with the management team to resolve and identify recurring problems to present to management with a view to bring about change.
The successful person will have extensive experience of working in business and have a strong commercial background.
