Job description
What will I be doing?
Manage a dedicated customer portfolio, by achieving:
1. Strategy:
o Define customer strategy through Roadmaps and Key Account Plans
o Identify prospective Products and Services of interest and potential sales
o Business Development
2. Customer satisfaction:
o Achieve 100% customer satisfaction within account portfolio
o Ensure the fulfilment of commitments to Customers
3. Sales:
o Achieve all invoicing targets for set customers
o Setting budgets and forecasts
o Create commercial proposals and drive the offer review process
4. Contracts:
o Negotiate contracts with customers and ensure all amendments are completed on time
o Monitor contract compliance
5. Finance:
o Manage customer credit limit and be the CSR point of escalation for overdues
o Increase SAFRAN HE and HE UK Margins
Travel specificity
Travel within the UK, Subsaharan Africa and France.
