Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and motivated individual with good communication skills to undertake a split post between the clinical pharmacy team and dispensary. As a band 4 to band 5 progression post, once the specific criteria has been met and reviewed, the post holder will move from band 4 to 5 and become a Senior Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician. Your focus will be to deliver a patient-centred pharmacy service to ensure medicines reconciliation is completed within 24 hours of admission.
