To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current, active NMC Pin.
Key Duties of the Registered Nurse:
1. Leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care
2. Producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks
3. Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records, incorporating modern technology
4. Overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and legislation
5. Making timely decisions
6. Utilizing your clinical skills to guide and support team members
7. Supporting, guiding, teaching, and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code
Preferred Skills and Experience:
* Ability to lead a care team effectively
* Effective communication skills and ability to develop professional relationships
* Proficiency in IT and communication systems relevant to the role
* Respectful of the values, views, and needs of others
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload
* Experience in delivering nursing care within the elderly healthcare sector
* Experience participating in quality and clinical governance programs
The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of GBP 23.00 per hour, totaling GBP 57,408 annually. Vacancies are available for both day and night shifts.
