New Business Client Director Up to £60k basic comms A multi-award winning brand experience agency that work with leading global clients including Redbull, Spotify and adidas. Their live and virtual human-centred events and experiences have creativity and design at it’s heart. Based in beautiful offices in east London, they are a team of ambitious and driven experts, skilled in delivering and executing large-scale, high-profile events, including employee engagement, brand experiences, experiential activations, product, fan events and PR stunts. The New Business Client Director will play a crucial role in driving the growth and development of their business initiatives. You will take the lead in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities (involving research, analysis of the competitive landscape, cold calling and setting up client meetings). You will work closely with the Fonder on all aspects of business development. You’ll need to have some experience in the events space and a proven ability to open doors with big brands and talk with authority about branding, design, content, strategy, conferences etc. The role will involve reporting on business development activities, performance metrics and market trends for management review. You’ll need to have skills in tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Lusha and CRM software and be someone who thrives in a fast paced environment. Salary is up to £60,000 depending on experience, plus commission on projects brought into the business. Office days are flexible, ideally you will be in c. 2 days per week.
