IT Service Desk Team Lead – Andover – c£37,000
Are you an experienced Service Desk Team Lead looking to progress your career? Or even a Senior Service Desk Analyst looking to lead a small team? We are working with a rapidly growing industry disrupter based in Andover, Hampshire who are looking for a Service Desk Team Lead to join their IT function.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Service Desk team and be accountable for managing the performance of service requests and incidents, ensuring that service levels are exceeded in accordance with the ITIL framework.
This is a fully hands-on role that will have full accountability to define, deliver and continuously improve the service management strategy.
KEY SKILLS
* Significant experience working in a Service Desk environment, either as a Senior Analyst or Team Lead.
* Experience of working with ticketing systems within the Service Desk.
* Ability to communicate effectively with professionals of all levels, technical and not.
* Teamwork. You will enjoy working as part of a positive, collaborative team.
