Owned by Niteplan, a key figure in the electronic music scene, Nitestore draws on his extensive global club and festival experience, years in the industry, and expertise as the owner of the successful marketing agency 247 LAB. With multiple Beatport #1 hits across releases on Skream's Of Unsound Mind, his own label Nitecutz, and others, his music has also been featured on Jamie Jones’ Hottrax and other top imprints, solidifying his influence in the industry.
What We Need:
We are looking for a Social Media Content Curator to source, organise, schedule and post high-potential content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role involves researching and identifying potential viral trends in music, underground DJ performances, and emerging tracks, then compiling and organising this content into our streamlined system for posting across socials.
This is a remote, flexible, and voluntary role (unpaid work experience) with no fixed hours, requiring a steady flow of content to be sourced and stockpiled for at least five posts per week across our social media accounts. It’s an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in social media marketing, trend-spotting, and digital content strategy within the electronic music industry.
The role can be as hands-on or streamlined as you prefer, as long as the core requirements are met. You can choose to focus solely on sourcing, organising and posting content or take a more involved approach in shaping Nitestore’s social media presence—allowing you to tailor the experience to your strengths and interests.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Sourcing, curating, editing (basic level) and posting high-potential content across our Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube channels.
* Identifying trending content from underground DJs generally across house & uk garage for social media posts.
* Organising and managing content in our system, ensuring easy access for future posts, including key moments from DJ sets, social media clips, and emerging viral footage.
* Staying ahead of trends, upcoming unreleased tracks, and key moments from DJ performances to keep content relevant and engaging.
* Generating creative ideas for social media posts that align with our brand and engage our audience: current and new.
Required:
* Passion for electronic music, specifically in the genres mentioned above
* Knowledge of DJs across the genres we are in
* Strong understanding of underground DJ culture and emerging trends
* Ability to find and identify high-potential viral content from social media, YouTube, and live sets
* Basic research skills to track upcoming popular tracks and key moments from DJ performances, interviews and other sources
* Organisational skills to maintain a structured spreadsheet of sourced content
* Awareness of what performs well on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
* Basic knowledge of video editing tools for clipping and formatting content
Preferred (but not essential):
* Experience using social media platforms to grow an audience
* Previous experience in social media marketing, content curation, or music industry-related work
* Ability to network with DJs, producers, and industry figures
