Maintenance Engineer Opportunity in a Manufacturing Environment
The Sterling Choice is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the site, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform proactive maintenance tasks and site PMs to ensure equipment efficiency and effectiveness.
* Respond quickly to breakdowns and perform necessary repairs.
* Work on mechanical faults and maintenance tasks, including commissioning, installations, and relocations.
* Identify and implement improvements across processes and machine output.
* Adhere to site Health & safety rules and legislation at all times.
Requirements:
* Time-served / recognised apprenticeship (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering subject.
* Ideal experience in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
* Prior experience in a maintenance engineer role, preferably in a similar industry.
* Ability to work at a fast pace and confidence in a manufacturing environment.
