Job Title: Senior Consultant / Manager – Strategy & Commercial Excellence
We are looking for:
* People with direct experience in the energy industry.
* A minimum of 5 years’ collective experience in strategy, pricing & propositions, commercial finance, or a combination of these areas.
* Commercial acumen and experience in energy retail rather than formal finance qualifications.
* Experience in modelling customer lifetime value, developing commercial strategies, understanding payback on retention campaigns, or the economics of solar panel installations.
* A natural curiosity and horizon scanning ability to identify future challenges or opportunities for clients.
We are recruiting for a specialist Senior Consultant / Manager. This client-facing role involves expected travel/mobility, but may require less travel compared to other lines of business. We support work-life balance and flexible working requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 5 years of direct energy experience as detailed above.
As a Senior Consultant / Manager, you will be a trusted client advisor, leading and implementing significant strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and planning for client solutions. You may also lead transformational change in a project environment.

Location: Hybrid, with some travel required to client sites and Nottingham Head Office.
Hours: Flexible working hours, accommodating part-time, compressed, and variable hours.
Total Package: For exceptional candidates, the package could be between £80k - £95k, including a competitive salary, bonus, private medical, pension, and 33 days of holidays (increasing with length of service).
