As our Marcomms Campaign Manager, you will effectively translate strategic trade plans into individual campaign briefs; owning seasonal campaigns end to end ensuring that creative communications are aligned across all channels.
What you will do:
1. Translate Phase Briefs (from Trade Planning) into key event/moment Campaign Briefs.
2. Build brief with and deliver briefing to internal creative teams and external agencies.
3. Manage the campaign development end-to-end, from initial briefing and campaign ideation to final creative development.
4. Understand the objective & intent of different channels within any campaign.
5. Work with the channel leads to ensure all the relevant assets are available on time.
6. Manage the critical path, ensuring all campaigns are delivered in a timely manner.
7. Consolidate campaign creative into briefing packs to share with the trade exec.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in Marketing, Communications, and/or Insight & Planning roles.
2. Ideally, but not essential, has worked in both client-side and agency environments.
3. Strong understanding of retail, with exposure to fashion retail being a plus.
4. Proficient in brief writing and development of communication platforms.
5. Skilled in briefing and collaborating effectively with agency partners.
6. Demonstrated ability to maximize results through strong collaboration and partnership with agencies.
