We are seeking a Change Manager to support our staff through a crucial implementation of Oracle. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building trusting relationships and demonstrating a deep empathy for the challenges our employees have faced. They must also have a good listening ear to truly understand and address employee concerns. This role requires a balanced approach: providing understanding and support while driving the desired positive behaviours within our stakeholder groups. The Change Manager will be instrumental in articulating and promoting the benefits of Oracle, ensuring that staff are engaged, informed, and motivated to embrace the new system for improved organizational outcomes.
Key Deliverables:
1. Collaborate with the Oracle Business Change delivery partner to comprehend the technical changes and their impact on the broader operations.
2. Identify and engage key stakeholders to understand in detail any operational impact on the business.
3. Conduct Change Impact Assessments and obtain sign-off from key stakeholders.
4. Coordinate with the Engagement Lead and Training Lead to integrate output actions from the CIA into the Business Change Plan.
5. Collaborate closely with the Business Change Lead to identify and agree upon action items from the Change Impact Assessment, ensuring they are consistent with the Business Change Plan.
6. Proactively identify and resolve blockers and issues related to the delivery of the Business Change Plan.
7. Contribute to the overall Business Change Plan, including providing progress updates and reports according to the agreed PMO calendar.
Essential Skills and Experience Required:
1. Experience in implementing business change around back office / ERP / Finance, HR and Procurement as well as the wider operational stakeholder groups.
2. Experience working as a business change specialist in previous ERP implementations, within Oracle Cloud.
3. Ability to analyse complex problems, help implement change in a team-oriented environment.
4. High empathy and passion, with genuine understanding of others' emotions.
5. Proven ability to manage challenging situations with sensitivity and care.
6. Excellent verbal and written skills for clear and effective interaction.
7. Ability to convey complex information understandably and relatable.
8. Proven ability to work effectively within a team and build strong relationships.
