About the Role
The Opportunity
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the successful delivery of Radar Healthcare customer projects from initiation through to closeout and transition to BAU. This role requires end-to-end project ownership, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk and issue management, and budget control.
The PM will work closely with Product Consultants, Technical and Analytics teams, Engagement Managers, and external stakeholders to ensure the contracted scope is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. The PM plays a key role in setting and maintaining expectations, ensuring governance compliance, and driving forward delivery excellence across Radar’s onboarding and services engagements.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing to make a difference:
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resource assignments, and deliverables.
* Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through to closure and handover to support or services retainers.
* Coordinate cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities and ensuring progress against deliverables.
* Act as the primary point of contact for project communications, both internally and externally.
* Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, weekly status updates, and project reviews.
* Track project progress against agreed milestones, highlighting any variances and implementing corrective actions.
* Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring they are mitigated or escalated appropriately.
* Manage project budgets and support commercial governance by tracking time, margin, and scope variations.
* Ensure all work is delivered in line with Radar’s project governance standards, templates, and processes.
* Provide accurate and timely forecasts on revenue, resource demand, and project timelines.
* Collaborate with Engagement Managers on large enterprise projects to ensure alignment across customer portfolios.
* Support the development and refinement of delivery frameworks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure project closeout activities are completed including documentation, lessons learned, customer satisfaction review, and formal handover to support/retainers.
Requirements
* Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed scope.
* High levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunity.
* Accurate resource and revenue forecasting.
* Strong adherence to project governance, including proper use of tools, documentation, and reporting.
* Risks and issues actively managed, with minimal impact on delivery timelines or customer outcomes.
* Positive collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in project delivery within a software or SaaS-based environment.
* Proven experience delivering technology implementation projects for multiple clients concurrently.
* Strong understanding of SaaS project lifecycles, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional team coordination.
* Experience managing project budgets, resource schedules, and forecasting.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
* Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
* Proficiency in project management tools; experience with PSA platforms (e.g. Teamwork, Jira, Forecast) is beneficial.
* Project Management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent is highly desirable.
