Full Time, Permanent – please note the clinic has one late opening a week, and staff work on a rota basis to accommodate this.
We have an exciting role within Haringey Alcohol and Recovery Service (HAGA). As an Alcohol Recovery Coordinator at Haringey Alcohol Service, you will be responsible for the care planning, risk assessing, and case management for service users with multiple needs which may include mental ill health, physical ill health, and re-offending behaviour.
This will predominantly include the assessment of needs, delivery of psychosocial interventions, group work, and liaising with other partnership organisations to provide wraparound support.
You will support clients to achieve their goals in alcohol treatment which can include controlled use, abstinence, and access to residential treatment.
You will be required to be confident in using case management systems to accurately record client data. You will have previous voluntary or paid experience of working in a client-facing role and using active listening skills on a day-to-day basis.
The right individuals for this role will be motivated, proactive problem solvers who are passionate about delivering a high standard of care to our service users.
Key Duties:
* Manage a caseload, devising, implementing and reviewing ongoing recovery and treatment plans.
* Facilitate and promote individuals' progression from initial engagement, through structured treatment, to self-sustained recovery.
* Reduce substance-related harm to individuals and the wider community.
* Work collaboratively with key partners and colleagues to achieve the best health and well-being outcomes for individuals.

Salary Period: Per Annum
Vacancy Salary Range: 26,250 - 34,650
