The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to both the Financial Adviser and Office Manager, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service. Key Responsibilities: Preparing client illustrations and relevant paperwork Processing and following up on new business (both paper-based and online) Handling fund switches and rebalances Sending Letters of Authority to life companies and chasing up responses Preparing and formatting suitability reports Researching and completing Pension Replacement Contracts Providing efficient administrative support to the Financial Adviser and Office Manager Issuing policy documentation and obtaining valuations Preparing death schedules for families and solicitors Scanning and uploading all relevant documentation to client files and updating the back-office system Maintaining accurate client data on the back-office system Managing tasks and daily workload on the task management system Assisting with the training of new team members Ensuring client files are compliant with FCA and company guidelines Preparing correspondence (letters, emails) Communicating with clients and providers via phone and email Conducting research when required General office duties as needed Key Requirements: At least two years’ relevant experience within a Financial Adviser environment Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer Experience with Intelligent Office, platforms, and provider websites is desirable but not essential Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise tasks, and manage a varied workload Keen eye for detail and accuracy Willingness to learn and develop new skills Able to work as part of a team, or independently when needed Why Apply?
