As Growth Marketing Manager (Demand Generation), you’ll drive inbound growth by optimising digital marketing strategies and improving conversion rates. Your primary goal is to generate high-quality leads and increase booked demos through website optimisation, lead nurturing, and targeted campaigns. You’ll also collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives and have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role- Think CMO for a scaling (Global) SaaS company. What you’ll do: Develop and implement demand generation strategies to increase inbound demo bookings. Optimise landing pages, forms, and lead capture processes to maximise conversions. Create and refine digital marketing assets, including case studies, webinars, and email campaigns. Lead marketing analytics efforts, tracking cost per lead, conversion rates, and pipeline impact. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support lead generation initiatives. Manage marketing sprints and work closely with content and design specialists. Play a key role in scaling the marketing function, with potential to grow into a Head of Marketing position. What you’ll need to be considered: Extensive experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing within B2B SaaS. Proven ability to drive high-quality inbound leads through digital channels. Strong experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO), lead nurturing, and email automation. Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and Google Analytics. Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow) and product demo tools (e.g., Navattic) is a plus. Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track, analyse, and optimise marketing performance. Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
