Customer Service Advisor
Start date: 3rd March 2025
Salary: £22,750, rising to £23,088 after successful completion of probation period
Location: Littlehampton, West Sussex - close to public transport links and with a free car park
Type: Permanent - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 08:45am - 17:15pm, with occasional Early or Late shifts (Early = 08:00am - 16:30pm, Late = 10:00am - 18:00pm). There can be a little flexibility around this.
About the Role:

Here you would be responsible for providing a high level of customer care to our client's customers and healthcare professionals. Our client provides vital medical products that help their clients to lead normal lives. They have been established for approximately 40 years and started as a family-run business, who have maintained their focus on providing the best customer service, as well as looking after their own employees.

Key Responsibilities:
This is a very busy and varied role, but the main priority will be to manage inbound and outbound calls and e-mails for clients and healthcare professionals. This is an amazing opportunity to gain office experience, start a career in customer service and have the opportunity to progress. You will need to be understanding, supportive, and able to be empathetic with customers.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Have good customer service skills, gained from any background
2. Be PC literate
3. Good communication skills, over the phone, face to face, and via email
