The Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support multiple Directors within our organisation. This is a new role, and as such, we are looking for a dynamic individual who can evolve with the position, helping to manage tasks, schedules, and expectations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities across various departments.
Responsibilities
* Assisting in managing the Directors' workloads, prioritising tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Organising and maintaining multiple Directors' calendars including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Handling emails and phone calls on behalf of the Directors, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
* Supporting meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring action points are followed up on.
* Supporting the Directors in managing ongoing projects, conducting research, and compiling reports.
* Acting as a point of contact between the Directors and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
* Managing sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
* Performing ad hoc administrative duties as required, ensuring efficiency in daily operations.

Requirements
* Highly organised with the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
* Administrative skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in managing calendars, scheduling meetings and handling travel arrangements.
* Proficient with Outlook, Word and Microsoft Teams.
* Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with various stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Problem-solving skills.
* Previous experience in supporting projects to completion.
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
