With an exciting project pipeline, we are seeking a skilled Freelance Fast Track Fit-Out and Refurbishment Site Manager to oversee an upcoming temporary assignment.
The Role:
As a Freelance Fast Track Fit-Out and Refurbishment Site Manager, you will lead the on-site management of projects from inception to completion. This temporary role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on a diverse project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards. You will manage both the fit-out and refurbishment project, coordinating with subcontractors and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all on-site activities.
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and troubleshoot any issues or delays.
* Deliver projects within set timeframes and budgets, maintaining high-quality workmanship.
* Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to provide regular updates.
* Prepare and manage project documentation, including site reports, schedules, and progress updates.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in fast-track fit-out and refurbishment projects, ideally within commercial, retail, or hospitality sectors.
* Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Solid knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building regulations.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Valid CSCS card, SMSTS and 1st Aid as a minimum.
