Your Role
The Program Delivery Manager will lead a team responsible for project planning, implementation and development, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to reach successful project outcomes.
Day to Day
* Develop project deliverables, milestones and resourcing plans for project completion.
* Monitor project progress across the Project Management team, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring standardized delivery.
* Lead projects independently and assist PMs with their project deliverables.
* Serve as a people manager, focusing on mentorship and career development.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business cases for new applications or change requests.
* Work with internal teams to determine requirements and prioritize requests.
* Participate in vendor selection, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with legal counsel.
* Work with the Application Services Manager for development and quality assurance resources.
* Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including risks, issues, and decision logs.
* Manage financial budgeting and reporting for projects.
Qualifications
* Post-secondary education in a related field.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or working towards.
* 10+ years of demonstrated experience managing projects.
* 5+ years of experience in team management or supervision.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward successful task completion.
* Experience communicating with multilevel stakeholders up and down the organization hierarchy.
* Knowledge in the fundamentals of organizational change management.
* Practical experience generating comprehensive process documentation and reports.
* Proven analytical, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
* Skilled in the use of Microsoft 365 Application Suite, specifically Visio.
Additional Assets
* Experience in the Agricultural or Milling industry.
* Completed or working towards a Business Analyst diploma or certification.
* Experience managing user testing initiatives.
