The role of Cleaning Contract Manager is vital as you are coordinating the operations function ensuring client satisfaction at client sites. It is important that clients, staff, and other outside agencies are greeted in a warm, friendly, courteous, and professional manner. You should be courteous and respectful to your colleagues at all sites and at all times.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide operational support at contract level and ensure that all operational requirements of the contracts are met.
2. Interface with clients and ensure the Operations Manager is kept fully informed of any issues that evolve on site as necessary.
3. Manage all directly employed staff including Area and Site Supervisors.
4. Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental procedures and legislation.
5. Maintain up-to-date records and develop management systems.
6. Operational planning at contract level with responsibility for contract performance and monitoring.
7. Client interface, including listening to clients, advising them on follow-up, and solving issues as possible.
8. Manage budgets in liaison with the Operations Manager.
9. Collate and report management information.
10. Act as the contact point for enquiries from company departments including sales, stores, administration, accounts, HR, and payroll.
11. Ensure correct stock products and levels on site.
12. Provision and maintenance of Site Reference Manuals at all sites.
13. Carry out risk assessments as required.
14. Follow the Company Environmental Policy and report any non-conformances.
15. Attend new client site meetings and assist with setup and provision of staff.
16. Utilize the computer system in accordance with company procedures.
