The Role:
Customer Solutions Managers are an integral part of the client-facing team, owning and developing the relationship with senior stakeholders.
* Solutions focused with strong technical capabilities; confident troubleshooting cross-channel Paid Media campaigns
* Highly strategic and confident consultative approach to client management
* Programmatic expert, with wider understanding of broader Paid Media space
* Data-driven, utilising campaign performance metrics to create actionable insights and drive ongoing success
Desired Skills/Experience:
* Solid understanding of DSP/Programmatic space, with proven experience setting up and executing campaigns
* Experience in client facing roles, and influencing client decisions
* The ability to understand data and help clients make sense of their ad campaigns
* Keen to be part of a fast-growing organisation!
