Project Manager
Location: Hartlepool
To plan, oversee, and lead multiple projects from concept through to completion.
Job Objectives:
1. Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects fully meet business requirements.
2. Tracking of the wider project program across the group.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Work in accordance with all Natara EHS requirements, policies, and principles.
2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
3. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
4. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
5. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
6. Design risk mitigation plans and perform risk management to minimise project risks.
7. Direct internal and external project resources, coordinate meetings, and produce project reports.
8. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
9. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
10. Track and communicate project progress across all sites.
Qualifications:
1. Degree qualified in an engineering or science discipline.
2. Prince II / PMPM PMQ certification or equivalent training/experience.
3. A good knowledge of key regulations (e.g. DSEAR, CDM, COMAH) is preferable.
4. Skilled in MS Office suite particularly Excel and MS Project.
Experience:
1. 5+ years working in a chemical manufacturing or process industry organisation.
2. Experience working on a COMAH site.
3. Evidence of CPD throughout career.
