Key Responsibilities Prepare and present high-quality dishes for daily meals, events, and functions. Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and kitchen operations. Ensure food preparation areas are clean and meet food hygiene and safety standards. Manage your assigned section efficiently, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery. Assist in stock control, ordering, and minimizing food waste. Adapt to dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, and allergen-sensitive dishes. Key Skills and Competencies Passion for cooking and delivering exceptional dishes. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Qualifications and Experience Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume catering or educational setting. Formal culinary training and certifications are preferred. Knowledge of food hygiene regulations (Level 2 or higher Food Hygiene Certificate required).
