Job Title: Senior MEP Planner (Building Services) Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 plus travel allowance and company package Location: Midlands (covering high-profile projects across the region) Company Description I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a leading M&E contractor renowned for delivering technically complex and high-value building services projects across the commercial, healthcare, education, and mixed-use sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Planner to join their Midlands team. This individual will support the successful delivery of flagship MEP projects by overseeing all aspects of programme development, planning, and reporting. This project is currently in the Pre-construction stage and will commence year with 3 years' worth of work. Previous experience working on large-scale D&B projects across the construction lifecycle. Strong Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project capabilities. An analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex programme structures. Someone looking to develop long-term within a reputable national business. Responsibilities / Skills & Experience: Develop fully integrated, resource-loaded programmes in collaboration with the project delivery teams and main contractor Coordinate with engineers, QSs, and site managers to review drawings, specifications, and contract documentation to ensure accuracy in programming Produce progress updates, drop-down programmes, and reporting in line with internal best practices and contractual requirements Attend project meetings to provide programme insight, report on critical path, and support the mitigation of delays Support commercial teams with delay analysis, extension of time claims, and project forecasting Ensure project delivery aligns with milestone targets, health & safety standards, and client expectations For more information on this role or other live MEP planning positions, please contact Brandon Goatley at GH Engage ( )
