An exciting opportunity to join a global caps and closures manufacturing company, where you will play a key role to expand our business within the UK. As an Area Sales Manager for the UK, you will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
Main responsibilities:
1. Developing and extending the existing customers portfolio
2. Selling our full range of products in all market segments integrating a real industrial and lobby approach
3. Ensuring the development of strategic accounts
4. Being able to uncover, built and justify customer needs
5. Preparing quotes, working closely with the engineering department,
6. Handling all the commercial tasks for the area in cooperation with the Regional Manager and our Plant Managers (business plan, budget, reporting...)
Requirements:
7. A proven track record in B2B sales within a manufacturing group
8. Be able to identify opportunities, develop leads, close deals
9. Minimum of 4-6 years in technical sales positions (experience in closure market/packaging is a nice to have)
10. Cultural awareness, flexible with high reactivity
11. An excellent communicator and People skills, with the ability to work on own initiative
12. In depth understanding of commercial drivers and the ability to apply
13. Driven to succeed and highly self-motivated while working within a European sales team
14. A full clean driving licence

Therefore you must be willing to occasionally travel across the EU for teambuilding events and townhalls.
