Job summary Wolstanton Medical Centre is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding nursing team on a part-time basis. The Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality and responsive nursing care to our patient population. Main duties of the job To be responsible for the delivery of evidence-based nursing services, working as part of the practice multi-disciplinary team, delivering care within their scope of practice to the entitled patient population. Working autonomously, the Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for a number of clinical areas such as health promotion, chronic disease management, health prevention, as well as supporting the management team in the reviewing of clinical policy and procedure. The PCN are a group of 6 practices working together to focus on local patient care, led by our PCN Clinical Director and a supportive management team.
