Job summary
We are seeking 2x enthusiastic Patient Systems Officers on a full time, permanent basis.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Patient Systems Team developing and providing technical support and technical systems administration for TEWV's portfolio of Patient Information Systems including CITO, Electronic Prescribing, Paris and SystmOne.

Main duties of the job
1. Undertaking technical database management, system administration and development of large-scale patient systems.
2. Providing 2nd Line Support to effectively resolve customer issues and problems
3. Planning, delivering and evaluating appropriate systems developments using the Agile methodology.
4. Undertaking System upgrades (including testing, configuration and issue management) both in and out of core hours.
5. Collaborate with clinical teams to understand their needs and how the patient management system can be improved to enhance patient care.
