Executive Administration Assistant | Reading | Hybrid 1/2 days per week in the office | Contract (Initial 9 Months) | Experis have partnered with a client in Reading looking to recruit for an Executive Administrative Assistant on an initial 9 month contract (scope for further extensions). Key Responsibilities: Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries. Calendar Management. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails. Event Management. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Booking travel and submitting expenses. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents. Key Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a similar Executive Assistant/Administration role. Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and effective time management. Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
