Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality history lessons to students in accordance with the school curriculum Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources Communicate with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with educational trends Maintain accurate and organized records of student attendance, assessments, and other relevant data Requirements Bachelor's degree in History or a related field Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Proven experience teaching history to primary/secondary school students Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students A passion for inspiring and motivating students Strong organizational and time management skills Application To be considered for this History Teacher position please forward a CV as soon as possible.
