Who we are looking for:
Following the promotion of the current Programme Manager, we are now looking for a new Programme Manager to join the AET team to help to achieve the AET’s vision of a world where all autistic children and young people experience a positive education that supports their wellbeing.
As a Programme Manager, you will contribute to the strategic direction of the AET programmes nationally and support programme delivery partners in the promotion and implementation of the programmes to maintain, strengthen and grow the network.
You will be responsible for undertaking key contract management and continuous improvement processes across various programme elements, including planning and leading network meetings and supporting the development of local area strategic delivery plans to maximise the impact and reach of the AET programmes, as well as identifying and recruiting new programme delivery partners.
Ideally, you will have some experience in leadership and management in the education field and will be able to demonstrate your strategic thinking and planning skills alongside your confidence engaging and supporting stakeholders at all levels to engage with and implement education programmes.
This position requires an ability to provide leadership and support to a range of stakeholders, such as Local Authority commissioners and Trust leaders, and a customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
