Role overview
As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you will assist customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs. Your responsibilities include frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, and potentially conducting pre-screening eye examinations. You will also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing customer inquiries via phone, and processing payments.
Your primary goal is to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied with eyewear that fits properly and meets their vision requirements. You will contribute to our mission of helping customers ‘See More and Be More’ by providing tailored and effective service that maximizes their visual potential and enhances their lifestyle.
