Talent Acquisition Advisor - Warwick - Fixed Term Contract (15 months)

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor based at our Support Centre in Warwick you’ll be responsible for:
* Working as part of the inhouse Talent Acquisition Team managing the end to end recruitment for a variety of roles.
* Sourcing candidates through a range of platforms including job boards, social media, LinkedIn and internal referrals to ensure we find the best talent.
* Reviewing applications, conducting telephone interviews, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews, while providing feedback throughout the process.
* Offering support and advice to hiring managers, providing insights on recruitment best practices, market trends and internal processes.
* Supporting the onboarding process and ensuring new starters have a smooth transition into their new role.
This is a full-time fixed term contract for 15 months. You will be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am – 5pm with hybrid working arrangements available (minimum 3 days in the office).

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, either in-house or within an agency would be preferred.
* Ability to balance competing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
