The position focuses on:

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Management: Lead and nurture relationships with existing clients, foster new business prospects, and provide strategic, high-quality advice and analysis.
2. Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff, guiding their professional development and ensuring consistent quality in team deliverables.
3. Business Development: Support marketing initiatives for the built environment practice and drive efforts to secure new client accounts.
4. Campaign Execution: Oversee communications, public affairs, and consultation campaigns, focusing on projects related to planning, development, infrastructure, and local government.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will possess:
1. Experience: 6+ years in a communications/public affairs role, preferably in a consultancy or in-house environment.
2. Expertise: Proven ability in managing accounts, delivering campaigns, and navigating the built environment, planning, or public affairs landscape.
3. Interests: A strong passion for the built environment, current affairs, storytelling, politics, policy, and digital campaigning.
4. Skills: Exceptional writing abilities with attention to detail, and experience in line management.
5. Work Style: Thrives in a fast-paced and varied environment.
